Olivia is a spiritual counsellor who works with clients to intervene in their thought processes so as to increase their ability to deal with challenges in their lives. Her work adds a dimension to this giving people a context in which to understand the origins of their actions and reactions as well as offering another belief system in order to find purpose and fulfillment.

 

Having worked in not for profit, private and education sectors, she has over 20 years experience in human resources and facilitation dealing with complex behavioral, emotional, performance and organisational change.

Ian has a unique background encompassing both the business and spiritual worlds.
 

In business, Ian held senior management positions for about 20 years in both federal and state government, large private enterprise, small business and a not for profit.  He has driven significant cultural change both within organisations and also within the client group for those organisations.  He headed up the Australian Arm of the World Economic Forum which promotes debate amongst Australia’s top leaders on global matters affecting Australia.
 

Ian began his training in the spiritual world in the seventies.  He is a medium and spiritual teacher who works internationally, helping organisations and individuals. Ian brings forward a deep knowledge of leadership and how people and organisations can best function in order to bring out the best in people.
 

Ian also has a leadership background in sport, having been appointed Coach of the Team of the Century for his former Football Club, Old Camberwell Grammarians Amateur Football Club.  He was also a player in the Team of the Century.  Ian is also a practising Martial artist at the Black Belt level.
